Lej BILlig Biludlejning is a car rental company in Aarhus that rents used cars, from small city cars to large moving vans, at competitive prices. The company has six years of experience in car rental and now runs its own concept with a focus on personal contact with customers.

Less than 1 week before start: one day rent; same day +250 DKK.
Cancellation later than one week before the rental start is charged one full day of rent. Cancellation on the same day as the start is charged one full day plus a 250 DKK cancellation fee. Booking changes cost 100 DKK.
105 DKK/day; Norway and Sweden only.
Cross-border driving requires the Udlandsforsikring add-on at 105 DKK per day and is only permitted to Norway and Sweden. Driving abroad without it incurs a 500 DKK monitoring fee plus the insurance charge.
Minimum age 21; licence held at least 1 year.
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. Category B is sufficient for all published vehicle groups.
Fuel gauge above the red field at pickup and return; renter refuels.
The fuel gauge must be above the red field (warning light off) at pickup and must not be in the red at return. The renter refuels the vehicle. A minimum 350 DKK fee applies for dirty return or missing fuel.
Liability and comprehensive insurance included; excess 6,000 DKK.
All vehicles are covered by liability and comprehensive insurance. The excess is 6,000 DKK per damage. Vans with a high roof, aluminium box or lift always carry a 6,000 DKK excess regardless of any extra insurance.
Return outside opening hours at the renter risk.
The car may be returned outside opening hours at the renter own risk. Late return is charged at 150% of the daily rent per started day plus 100 DKK per started hour.
100 km/day for cars, 200 km/day for vans; extra km 1.50-2.25 DKK.
The published price list includes 100 km per day for Minibil, Personbil and Stationcar and 200 km per day for all Varevogn groups. Extra kilometres cost 1.50 DKK/km for cars and 2.25 DKK/km for vans. The terms page separately mentions 3.00 DKK per extra kilometre; this conflict needs review.
Cash or card; prepayment and deposit at pickup.
Prepayment of the rental and deposit is due at pickup. Payment is accepted in cash or by card. A receipt is sent by email.
Rental period 09:00-08:00 next day; late return 150% daily rent + 100 DKK/hour.
The rental period runs from 09:00 to 08:00 the next day. Late delivery is charged at 150% of the daily rent per started day plus 100 DKK per started hour.
2,000 DKK; refunded after 8 bank days.
The deposit is 2,000 DKK. It is held for 8 bank days after return and refunded in the shop on weekdays; a 25 DKK transfer fee applies for bank refunds.
Prices include VAT.
The terms state that the price includes the applicable kilometres, insurance and VAT.
